Our to-do widget has always been free and simple to use. A bit too simple, we thought. So we decided to make the widget a lot more useful and better. First, we added categories and then we made it easier to delete completed tasks. With these improvements, will this widget finally become the go-to widget for all your projects? 

Try it out now: add a new to-do widget

If you want to add a new To-do widget to your page, you can do the same as ever:

  1. Click the Add icon in the top right corner or at the bottom of any column on your page.
  2. Click the Widget option in the search pane, and scroll to find the To-do widget (or start typing ‘todo’).
  3. Select the Todo widget.

Now you can change the name of your list or start adding tasks immediately. It’s still that simple.

You can add as many widgets as you’d like, for every small (or bigger) project.

Categories

Before we added this new feature, you could only see one single list of tasks.

Now you can toggle between the default All tasks view, the Open tasks or the Completed tasks view.

We hope this will make it easier to keep track.

Delete tasks

If you want to delete a task you’ve just completed, you can simply click the task. A dustbin will appear. Click this and your task is gone forever. 

To delete multiple tasks, you enter the Edit mode by clicking the Context menu downward arrow and choosing Edit.

Go to the Completed tasks view. At the bottom, you’ll see a new option: Delete all (n) completed tasks. Click this and all your completed tasks are gone forever.
