Todd Heber is a performance-driven professional. He is a strategy designer in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities. After earning his MBA from the University of Alaska, Heber has over twenty years of combined expertise in Human Resources Management. He began his career as an HR Manager for Chugach Alaska Corporation until he became the HR Generalist for Chevron and then the Senior HR Manager for Pfizer/Monsanto. Continuing his career in the oil and energy industry, Heber became the HR Director for Boart Longyear, a global provider of drilling technologies and mining, geotechnical, environmental, construction, and oil and gas services and products. As Director, Heber led a large U.S. HR team, assisted the Executive VP of HR with global HR matters and activities, provided strategic HR oversight during IPO activities, and coordinated the due diligence process and HR systems integration for the company’s five U.S. acquisitions. He later worked for BP as its Senior HR Advisor where he was recognized as a key member of the HR Leadership Team. After moving to Mercer Island in Washington, Heber started working for Samsung as a Senior HR Business Partner. He developed and implemented the 2016 Samsung People Strategy for SEA, completed a $30 billion merger between Samsung Electronics and Samsung Telecommunications, and is the senior HRBP to the U.S. Mobile Business that supports the Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Global e-Commerce functions, which are expected to hit revenues over $30 billion by the end of 2017. Heber is known for his creative thinking, organizational skills, and decision making. He effectively balances the needs of employees with the needs of the business through problem solving, maintaining interpersonal relationships, negotiating, and mentoring.
