What is the difference between Free and PRO?
The Free plan is supported by advertisements and includes up to three start pages with basic widgets. Personal PRO removes ads and tracking, adds unlimited pages, premium widgets, AI features, and advanced bookmark tools. PRO costs $25 per year for one user license.
What is the difference between Team and Enterprise?
Team suits a single department or small company that needs one shared workspace with 10 PRO user licenses (add more anytime), SSO/SAML2 integration, and a custom subdomain. Enterprise is for larger organizations that need unlimited team workspaces, unlimited members, centralized administration, and custom pricing with volume discounts. Learn more on our Teams page.
I have a Team. How do I add more user licenses after I reach the 10 member limit?
Team subscriptions include 10 PRO user licenses. When your team grows, the team owner can add more licenses at any time through self-service in the team admin settings. You pay a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period, and your subscription renews at the updated rate.
Enterprise customers with custom agreements can request a quote or email sales@start.me.
Can I try Team before I pay?
Yes. Team plans include a free 30-day trial with up to 10 team members. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to keep your workspace or continue with a personal Free account.
Do you offer discounts for schools and non-profits?
Yes. We offer discounted plans for schools and non-profit organizations. Contact sales@start.me with details about your organization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal, and Sofort. You can also pay via international bank wire (IBAN). Enterprise customers can request custom invoicing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked. If Start.me is not the right fit, just let us know.
